1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Yoki ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Yoki provides AI chat capabilities powered by third-party language models. Features and available models may change at any time.

3. Accounts

• You must authenticate via Discord OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• You may create up to 5 accounts per IP address.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or deceptive content.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
• Reverse-engineer or abuse the API beyond permitted usage.
• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• Paid plans are processed via NOWPayments (cryptocurrency).
• Subscriptions last 30 days from activation and do not auto-renew.
• All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. By completing a payment you explicitly acknowledge and accept this policy. No exceptions will be made for unused time, accidental purchases, dissatisfaction with the service, or any other reason.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

6. Privacy

We store only the data necessary to operate the Service: your Discord user ID, username, conversation history, and usage metrics. We do not sell your data. Conversation data may be used to improve the Service. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the dashboard.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content are owned by Yoki. AI-generated outputs are provided as-is; you are responsible for how you use them. We claim no ownership over content you submit.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated — do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yoki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
